11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slick Trip LLC shall not be liable for:

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New Jersey pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are expressly waived.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice for:
