SlickTrip.com is operated by Slick Trip LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Slick Trip," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "customer") and Slick Trip LLC governing your access to and use of SlickTrip.com, its applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Addendum (where applicable).

1. Description of Services

SlickTrip.com is a travel aggregation and referral platform. We collect and display travel-related information, including but not limited to flights, hotels, transportation, and vacation packages. When you click on an offer, you will be redirected to a third-party website to complete your booking.

Slick Trip does not:

• Provide travel services directly;
• Issue tickets, confirmations, or reservations;
• Control or guarantee the accuracy of third‑party information;
• Control pricing, availability, quality, or delivery of travel services.

All travel transactions, including payments, refunds, disputes, and customer service matters, are strictly between you and the third‑party travel provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

3. Email and SMS Communications and Consent

By providing your email address or mobile phone number to us, you expressly consent to receive the following forms of communication:

• Operational and transactional emails and SMS messages (alerts, service updates, notifications);
• Marketing communications via email and SMS, including promotions, newsletters, discount alerts, and travel-related offers.

3.1 SMS Disclosures and Consent

By opting in or providing your phone number:

• You consent to receive recurring SMS messages, which may be sent via automated technology.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
• For help, reply HELP.
• SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier.

3.2 Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of marketing communications (email or SMS) at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in an email;
• Replying STOP to any SMS message;
• Contacting us directly using the information provided in Section 18.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to receive operational or legally required notices.

3.3 State-Specific SMS Requirements

Certain U.S. states provide additional rights and disclosures related to SMS communications. Slick Trip complies with all applicable state-level telecommunications and consumer protection laws.

California (CA)

Under California law, residents must receive clear disclosure that SMS marketing messages may be sent using automated technology. California residents retain:

• The right to opt out at any time by replying STOP;
• The right to request details regarding categories of information collected for SMS communications.

Florida (FL) — Florida Telemarketing Act & Florida "Mini-TCPA" (2021)

For Florida residents:

• Express, written consent is required before sending automated or prerecorded SMS marketing messages.
• Consent must be freely given and cannot be a condition of purchase.
• SMS messages may not be sent outside the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (recipient's local time).
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

Oklahoma (OK) — Oklahoma "Mini-TCPA"

Similar to Florida, Oklahoma residents must:

• Provide prior express written consent for automated SMS messages;
• Consent cannot be obtained through forced or misleading means;
• Marketing SMS messages must be sent only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time;
• Opt-out is available by replying STOP.

Washington (WA)

Washington requires:

• Clear disclosure that promotional SMS communications may be sent.
• Honoring opt-out requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically no more than 24 hours.

Texas (TX)

Texas law requires:

• Transparent disclosure of SMS marketing purpose at the point of number collection;
• A functional STOP mechanism that is honored promptly.

Additional States

Several states including New York, Colorado, and Virginia incorporate SMS communications under general consumer protection and privacy laws. SMS-specific rights include:

• Disclosure of message frequency (e.g., "recurring messages");
• Clear opt-out instructions;
• Prohibition of deceptive or misleading SMS content.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our express written permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Third‑Party Links and Providers

Slick Trip may link to third‑party websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, practices, or policies of third‑party sites;
• The products or services provided by third‑party providers;
• Any damages or losses arising from interactions with third‑party sites.

Your dealings with third‑party providers are solely between you and the provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, trademarks, and proprietary information appearing on the Services are owned or licensed by Slick Trip and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, additional data protection laws apply.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of displayed travel information;
• Availability of third‑party services;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

SlickTrip.com participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click on certain links on our website and make a purchase or booking through a third-party provider, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

These affiliate relationships do not influence the travel deals, prices, or information we display. We are committed to providing accurate and unbiased travel information regardless of affiliate partnerships.

The compensation we receive helps support the operation and maintenance of our Services. By using our Services and clicking on affiliate links, you acknowledge this disclosure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slick Trip LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from dealings with third‑party travel providers;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or availability issues related to travel information.

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slick Trip LLC and its affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New Jersey pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are expressly waived.

14. Termination

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice for:

• Violations of these Terms;
• Conduct harmful to the platform or other users;
• Legal or regulatory obligations.
