We remove email addresses, phone numbers and long number sequences from it before we store or process it, and we process it with our service providers, including AI model providers acting on our behalf. SlickTrip AI lets you plan trips by talking or typing with Sky, an AI assistant built on Claude, a model made by Anthropic. When you use it we collect:
We use this to answer you, run the searches and price watches you ask for, personalize Sky's answers and suggestions, keep the service safe and working, and improve Sky. Our team may read conversations and the feedback on them to find mistakes and improve Sky; you can ask us not to use yours that way. Memory is never used to change the prices you see or to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Anthropic (which writes Sky's answers) and OpenAI (which handles speech in voice mode) process this data on our behalf. Neither trains its models on your conversations, and each keeps what it processes only for a limited time, usually up to 30 days, to detect misuse.
