About Kolkata International Book Fair

The Boi Mela is a fairground built around books, with picnickers, singer-songwriters and candy floss vendors among the publisher stalls. It is made for the public, not wholesale buyers. The 2027 edition is the 50th, a first for an Indian book fair. Expect big crowds, especially on weekends.
