History of Adelaide Equestrian Festival

The festival hosts the only CCI5* eventing competition in the Southern Hemisphere and is described as the only city-centred event of its kind worldwide. The Oceania Championships were held there in 2026 and are due back in 2029. A new water complex in Victoria Park was first championed by former Event Director and Olympic Gold Medallist Gillian Rolton.
