About Jarabacoa Flower Festival
Four days of flowers, plants, crafts, music and a flower float parade in the Dominican Republic's mountain town.
The Festival de las Flores fills Parque La Confluencia in Jarabacoa, known as the City of Eternal Spring. Visitors buy flowers, ornamental plants and handicrafts and watch concerts and a parade of flower-decorated floats. The catch is that the date has moved between June and July in past years.
