History of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas
Insomniac debuted Electric Daisy Carnival in 1997 at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles. In 2011 the flagship festival moved to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. In 2014 all 345,000 tickets sold by June 18, and Wikipedia says the festival has drawn over 500,000 people across its three days.
