About Aachen Christmas Market

A month-long market around the cathedral and town hall, known for Aachener Printen gingerbread.

Over 120 traders fill the squares around Aachen Cathedral and the town hall, with four children's carousels and smaller Advent markets nearby. Printen (local spiced gingerbread) and mulled wine are the classic treats. All the markets are a walk from the station and from each other. The catch is the Sunday of Remembrance, when the market opens only at 6 pm.
